You can now view a Constructor board as a tabular, high-density list, great for seeing more tickets at the same time.
To date, Constructor has always depicted boards as a familiar kanban view, where tickets are displayed as cards arranged in columns. We’re pleased to announce that you can now also view a board as a high-density list, where tickets are displayed as rows grouped by workflow stage.
While the kanban view is still the default, the new list view is great for users who want the improved situational awareness that comes from seeing more of their tickets on screen at the same time.
To try the new list view, visit any board and click the ellipsis menu in the top right corner.
Even though each ticket in the list view is just a single row, Constructor still displays all the useful context you’ve come to expect from the kanban view, including:
- Parent tickets
- Discussion threads awaiting follow-up
- Open pull requests with live build status
- Progress in the current workflow stage
We look forward to hearing your feedback!
